These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on Homehagen.dk for delivery in Denmark, except Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Ordering
Homehagen.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can always shop.
To shop at Homehagen.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in your "shopping basket". You can edit the contents of your shopping basket right up to the moment you place your order, and you can check the contents and price of the goods at any time.
Any additional payments for, for example, shipping and debit card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on "proceed to checkout" where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and choose the delivery method.
You can change the contents of your shopping basket right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Order and pay" button. Your order will then be transferred to Homehagen.dk
Payment
Homehagen accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort as well as all international payment cards. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Homehagen encrypts all your card details using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Homehagen charges no fees for the use of Dankort, Visa, Visa Dankort and Visa Electron. When using international payment cards, a payment fee of 1.25% is charged for Danish issued cards and from 2.25% for foreign issued cards.
All prices on www.Homehagen.dk are inclusive of VAT, and in DKK. Prices are daily prices. All agreements are made in Danish.
Order receipt and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order.
Personal data
Homehagen takes the responsibility for your privacy very seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy sets out how we process your personal information on our website.
In order to shop at Homehagen.dk, you must at least provide:
- Name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Telephone/mobile number
- Payment information
When you interact on our website, we may also automatically collect information about your visit. This is primarily to help us understand how our customers use our website so that we can create better content and more relevant communications.
The collection and processing of your personal data will be carried out for specific stated purposes or other legitimate business purposes. The data controller of Homehagen.dk is North Star Group A/S.

How is your personal data collected?
Your personal data is collected either by
- you enter them into our systems yourself, which may be supplemented by subsequent contact with you; or
- we can receive them from other organisations, e.g. google and facebook
For what purpose does Homehagen process your personal data?
We process your personal data for one or more of these purposes:
- to manage and offer products that you have requested or expressed an interest in
- to administer competitions and other offers in which you participate
- communicate with you if the product you requested is not available
- to personalise and improve your experience on our platforms
- to screen for cheating and fraud
- personalise and tailor the communications we send to you
On what legal basis is your personal data processed?
Personal data collected and processed for the above purposes is either
- On the basis of consent, as referred to in Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR,
- As a result of the processing being necessary for the performance of a contractual obligation towards you, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- As a result of Homehagen's legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- Because it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR.
- Because it is necessary for Homehagen to pursue a legitimate interest, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Personal data is only collected that is necessary for Homehagen to fulfil its obligations towards you. If you do not provide the required information, Homehagen cannot offer the requested service.
To whom does Homehagen disclose personal data?
Homehagen does not disclose personal data to other data controllers unless
- you expressly consent thereto,
- it is for the performance of a contractual obligation to you; or
- if Homehagen is legally obliged to do so.
Typically, disclosure will be to business partners, public authorities, accounting firms, law firms or financial institutions or insurance companies.
In addition, we may share your data with advertising networks and/or social media for the purpose of selecting and displaying relevant ads to you via these networks/platforms and to search engines and analytics providers.
In addition, Homehagen uses a number of third parties that store and process data on behalf of Homehagen. These data processors are not entitled to use your personal data for their own purposes. In addition, we only use data processors within the EU/EEA.
Period of storage
Personal data is kept for the period permitted by law and Homehagen deletes it when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. While you are on our platforms, we use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your information.
In addition, we have security procedures in place to protect our paper-based systems and computer-based databases from loss and misuse, which we only access when absolutely necessary. We also have strict guidelines for the use of personal data in our systems and databases.
Right of access and rectification
At Homehagen, you always have the right to see what personal data we have registered about you. In addition, you have the right to have updated, deleted or blocked information that is inaccurate, misleading or similarly processed in violation of the law.

Right to object
If your personal data is processed for Homehagen to pursue a necessary and legitimate interest, or if your personal data is used for direct marketing, you also have the right to object to the processing. Then Homehagen will no longer process your personal data for marketing activities.
If you have subscribed to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time. This is done via a link in each email.
Consent
If Homehagen processes your personal data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email at info@homehagen.com. We will then no longer process your personal data.
However, you should be aware that if you withdraw consent, Homehagen will no longer be able to exercise its obligations towards you.
